Thank you for shopping with Posteroid. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment or order confirmation. Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch — Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 3–5 business days. Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days. Remote Locations: 5–10 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. From time to time, Posteroid may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Posteroid is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
7. Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve your request quickly, please include your Order Number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a continuous unboxing video (recommended for damage claims). Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. For customised or personalised products, cancellation is not possible once production has begun.
